A state of the Art local project awarded year 2020 but mobilization has on-hold due to the current pandemic .

The project is a complete design and build including Building Permit Application for civil/ structural from scratch to finish including swimming pool , Ventilation system for the entire buildings and complete electrical system.

A design and device used for some mobile Ice Plant or Maker and Distributors in local markets in Samar Area where the main source of income is Fishing and Fast Food. The project can be also applied Nationwide.

A design and build project awarded year 2020 and the construction will resume this coming October due to covid-19 Pandemic.

The project is also a complete design and build for Home Improvement of civil/Structural , provision of new ventilation system (supply and exhaust) and complete electrical system for the building.
